The CW just unveiled the first official photo of Teen Wolf ’s Tyler Hoechlin as Superman in Supergirl Season 2.
In the Supergirl season finale, a Kryptonian pod landed in National City. While we don’t know for sure, that’s probably why Clark is paying Kara a visit. Who is inside? Rumors are swirling for Connor Kent or Mon-El, but we know for sure the character will be played by Chris Woods of Vampire Diaries. Unlike Superman, he’s a series regular so we’ll be seeing a lot of him.
We’ll have to wait until Oct. 10 to find out how Kara is officially incorporated into the Arrowverse. Arrow producer Wendy Mericle teased last week that she’d love to see Kara “smiling face” in Star City. That would certainly be the weirdest dynamic duo to see in action together.
While a huge 4-way, 4-night crossover has been confirmed for December, both Grant Gustin and Stephen Amell have said this year holds more crossovers than ever before. Oliver Queen will make his way over to Legends in the premiere episode, and we should be seeing more merging of story arcs due to the new Flashpoint timeline rippling across the Arrowverse.
