3. Outlast: Bundle of Terror (75% off)
Outlast is one wild ride of anxiety and insanity, literally. Murkoff Corp. re-opened the once shut down Mount Massive Asylum (why would anyone do this?) and protagonist Miles Upshur decides to follow an anonymous tip and break into the facility in search of the truth behind the crazy happenings in the asylum. There is more than just treatment and help for the mentally-ill going on at the facility. Miles embarks on a “cat and mouse” chase throughout his venture. The aptly named Bundle of Terror bundle pack features the original Outlast game as well as the heart attack inducing, Outlast: Whistleblower expansion.
Whistleblower tells the Mount Massive Asylum story from the perspective of Waylon Park, a consulting software engineer with Murkoff. Waylon turns out to be the whistleblower who sent Miles the anonymous tip. Players encounter the same, if not more psychotic terror, featuring hungry cannibals in the Murkoff facility. This is one of best horror DLCs and it ties the original and prequel together nicely.
2. Alien: Isolation - The Collection (67% off)
Within The Collection, players will receive the original game plus seven other packs in this throwback to the ‘80s survival horror. Based on the Alien movie series, Alien: Isolation takes place fifteen years later.
We play as Amanda, Ellen Ripley’s daughter. Still sore about her mother’s disappearance, Amanda finds herself navigating through an panic-induced isolated abandoned and alien infested ship.
Alien: Isolation - The Collection Includes 7 packs of additional content
- Trauma
- Safe Haven
- Corporate Lockdown
