CD Projekt is going to be very busy for the next several years. The Polish video game developer practically announced all of the projects they will be working on for the foreseeable future. These include new IPs, sequels, and spin-off titles. All the games are mentioned in codenames, meaning their actual names haven't been finalized yet.
The Witcher: Polaris
Polaris will begin the next saga in The Witcher franchise. The game was recently announced to be in the pre-production phase.
The new AAA RPG trilogy will feature a total of three games. The two planned sequels will be released within six years of the Polaris launch. The development of the first game will serve as the groundwork for the sequels.
The Witcher: Canis Majoris
Canis Majoris is another full-fledged Witcher game but separate from the new trilogy. It is being handled by an external studio consisting of developers who worked on previous Witcher games.
The Witcher: Sirius
Sirius is another game set in the Witcher universe. It will feature multiplayer components with single-player experience composed of a story and quests. It is being developed by The Molasses Flood, a CD Projekt studio based in Boston, Massachusetts.

Cyberpunk 2077: Orion
Even with its initial launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has been a major success. It recently sold more than 20 million copies. As you would expect, CD Projekt has plans for the IP. A new game codenamed Orion is announced, though no other details have been revealed.
Hadar
Hadar is a new IP being developed entirely by CD Projekt. It’s currently in the early creative process, so full production is quite far away. The developer is focusing exclusively on the foundation of the new universe. Don’t expect it to arrive anytime soon.
Other Games
These projects are years away. However, CD Projekt still has some content coming out soon. The developer re-confirmed that The Witcher 3 Next Gen Update will release this year. The expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 is also coming the following year.
