The Division 2 revealed that it’s planning to release Title Update 9.1 in May. This week also marks the start of a new League which brings with it a new set of special challenges and rewards for a period of two weeks. However, the League is limited for Warlords of New York players.
The Division 2 just last week released Title Update 9. The biggest change that arrived with this update is that players can now configure Exotics. Learn more about that here. You can also read a more detailed story on the update here.
So what’s coming with Title Update 9.1? According to the development team, it’s going to be mainly deploying bug fixes. Issues that are currently under review include:
- NPC targeting accuracy
- NPC aggressiveness
- Grenade accuracy
- FPS drops in the Dark Zones
- The Warhound Convoy activity is considered to be too generous
The actual release date of update 9.1 is going to be announced next week.
Home League
There’s also going to be a new event in update 9.1, which is the Home League. It’s going to run for two weeks and it’s the first League to feature activities set in New York. Under the new event, players have the chance to get up to 60 ranks. They can also earn 10 rewards, which include an Exotic Cache and a unique backpack trophy.
Update on Manhunt
The Division 2 revealed that as of last week, there are a total of three Manhunt Targets that are available until the end of the Season. In the game, Manhunts are events where players need to kill five rogue agents, with four being rogue lieutenants and the last one a “Prime Target.” Taking out the Prime Target lets Agents unlock a new Skill mod.
The Division 2 is an online action RPG set in the near future. The world is still reeling from the effects of a smallpox pandemic and players take on the role of a Strategic Homeland Division agent as they try to do what they can to rebuild the city. The game is available on the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. It has since released its first major expansion, Warlords of New York.
