Five Nights At Freddy’s: Sister Location has been released, and we’re here to guide you with a few tips to survive the night. Want to know how to get both of the game’s lore-drenched endings? Keep on reading!
1) Battling The Bidybabs: Sister Location doesn’t get challenging until Night 2, but handling the Bidybabs under the desk still shouldn’t be all that difficult. Start by clicking and dragging the metal sheet to the right when instructed by Baby. Next, you must quickly flash your light in each Bidybab’s eyes as you see them.
After a while, the stage will progress and the animatronics will try to destroy your hiding spot. Just click and hold again as hard as possible and drag the sheet fully over when you can. Then it’s back to following the eyes until your foes give up. The night ends with one last pull of the metal cover, but keeping clicked while slowly moving to the left should be successful.
2) Foxy And That Bonnie Puppet: In Night 3 of Sister Location there are two points of frustration. For Funtime Foxy, our biggest tip is to actually spam the light despite Baby’s warning not to do so. When you see the animatronic, stop moving and keep flashing the light until he leaves. Eventually you’ll make it to Funtime Freddy’s button instructions.
Those are pretty self-explanatory, but it’s dealing with the subsequent Bonnie puppet that gets annoying. To work past it, move very slowly until you see a tiny glimpse of the rabbit in your view. When you see him poke out, then very rapidly move and click the tiny nub on its bowtie.
3) Minireena Issues: Night 4 is absolutely the hardest night of Five Nights At Freddy’s: Sister Location so this guide may require a bit of extra explaining. In this vignette, you’ll defend against four and a half waves of Minireenas while keeping springlocks wound. In our view, this exact winding order works best: start at the top left, work your way to the bottom then go to the top right. Keep repeating this as much as possible.
Each wave of Minireenas is indicated by a glowing red eye in the distance. In any stage, except the last half wave, the key is to simply wait until a Minireena gets close to your head and shake them all off in as few shakes as possible. By the time you reach wave four, you should only be winding the locks to the 2 o’clock position In the last half wave, that will decrease to just 9 o’clock. Luckily, however, once the foes are gathered at your feet at the end, no more shaking is necessary. Just keep everything wound in the closing moments.
4) Unlocking The “Fake” Ending: To start the path towards the fake ending, you have to die a lot. The easiest way to trigger this is by continuously wiggling in Night 4 against the Minireenas. Do that, and eventually you’ll begin Baby’s cupcake death mini-game. If you’ve gotten the real ending before, you can also go into the Extras menu and click the small sprite of Baby to practice.
To be honest this strategy seems a bit silly to explain in pure text. We’ll leave the rest to the Five Nights At Freddy’s aficionado Dawko to provide the visual aid. The essential philosophy is to strategically avoid cupcakes and backtrack to have the perfect amount of time to make it to the start. If completed correctly, Baby’s secret card will appear just before she heads off to the Scooping Room. As soon as that sequence ends, hold Shift, W and D while looking to the right until you hear “access granted.”
5) The “Fake” Ending Ennard: In the secret room, you’ll have to deal with an old-school Five Nights At Freddy’s experience featuring Ennard. The key thing to note is that he’ll only appear in the front three cameras. A huge part of this fight is listening carefully to audio clues. Crucially, he’ll make a scratching noise in the early portions of the night when you’re in danger. When that happens, lock the doors until he makes the noise again and moves away. The rest of the early portion is just being attentive to where Ennard is and shining the cameras there.
Around 4 o’clock he’ll start to get aggressive, but don’t panic. Only take advantage of the doors when you hear a consistent three sounds from the same direction. That means he’s close. If the sounds split between left, right and center, just keep checking as normal. There’s always an element of randomness to these sequences, so not every tip will work every time. If you lose, you’ll need to enter the secret room again through the process described above.
Five Nights At Freddy’s: Sister Location is available now on PC. Mobile versions are expected fairly soon.
