PC players will soon be able to play one of the best PlayStation exclusives. The Last of Us Part 1 will launch on Windows, March 3, 2023, exactly six months after the initial PS5 launch. The release date was announced a few days ago at The Game Awards 2022. You can watch the trailer below.
The Steam and Epic Games Store pages for the game are already live, revealing some crucial information. The Standard Edition of TLOU Part 1, the only edition available for PC, costs $59.99 on PC, not $69.99 as it did on the PlayStation.
There’s also a pre-order bonus for players who purchase the game before the release date and more details about it are mentioned below.
Pre-Order Bonus
- Bonus Supplements
- Used for increasing attributes such as max health, crafting speed, listen mode distance, healing speed, and weapon sway.
- Bonus Weapon Parts
- Used for upgrading weapons and crafting weapon holsters when you are at a workbench.
Doesn’t matter how badly you want to pre-order the game because you should always wait for more information. The developer hasn’t revealed the PC system requirements either. You might want to check first if your hardware can run the game with ease before spending your hard-earned money.
We also don’t know what improvements, if any, should PC players expect. The developer has promised that more details will be revealed as we get close to the release date.
