Slave Zero X is upping the excitement as Ziggurat Interactive revealed two new voice actors lending their talents for the game. It’s none other than Griffin Burns of Devilman Crybaby and Jordan Reynolds of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
The game is set in the same world as that of the original Slave Zero game released in 1999. This one was made possible through the work of the team responsible for Devil Engine (Devil May Cry) and the writing talent of RWBY co-creator Miles Luna.
The Voice Talents
In addition to Devilman Crybaby, Griffin Burns is also known for iconic shows like Aggretsuko. In the game, he’ll be taking up the role of the protagonist Shou. Shou is on a path of revenge and won’t rest until SovKhan and the Five Calamities are dead as well as the fate of Isamu revealed. He can merge with a stolen Slave Unit Prototype and becomes a Devil in pursuit of killing a false God.
Meanwhile, Jordan Reynolds has Lupin III to his belt besides JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure. He’ll be voicing Atavaka, a deadly assassin and one of the Five Calamities. He’s a masked and armored swordsman having a skin of polished alloys. He is the quintessential assassin and because he's been razor sharpened to the very edge of possibility, he can effortlessly shear through whatever it is SovKhan wants eliminated.
