Konami has announced the first big update for its Nintendo Switch title, Super Bomberman R, along with some awesome free DLC. Players of the new Bomberman game can look forward to four new stages and two new accessory items that can be acquired using gems found in-game.
The four new stages coming to Super Bomberman R are:
o Lagoon – features a moving floor that can be used to access a higher level
o White Cross – features a crossroad of slippery floors
o Power Zone – All players start with maximum firepower
o Speed Zone – All players start with maximum speed
If accessorizing your Bombermen is your thing, the two new accessories coming to Super Bomberman R are:
o Crown
o Bomb
Super Bomberman R ’s brand new update also offers a series of improvements and features. Players can experience ‘Battle’ mode in 60 fps, have the option to choose the AI’s level of difficulty and change the camera angle in ‘Story’ mode. Additionally, various adjustments have been made to improve controls, fix minor bugs and more.
Additional items will also be released at a later date, including new characters such as Vic Viper Bomber from Gradius , Belmont Bomber from Castlevania and Pyramid Head Bomber from Silent Hill.
