Get your decks (and consoles) ready as Activision and Iron Galaxy Studios' latest remake of the renowned skateboarding classic game is coming soon, with "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" confirmed for a July 11 release.
The latest reveal trailer has skateboarding fans excited over the return of the classic experiences of the titles coming to modern platforms.
Players can expect to relive the original content from the classic "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3" and "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4," with much of the original games still set to be part of this new experience. That being said, the studios have also guaranteed that new and modern features will also make their way into the newly remastered game.
It is also important to note that there had been a change in the studio behind the game's remaster as it is now Iron Galaxy Studios who have headed this development in partnership with Activision. According to Engadget, Tony Hawk's previous teaser for the game mentioned that Vicarious Visions, the studio behind "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2," was in charge of the new game.
What to Expect from 'Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4'?
"Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4" will also offer the features enjoyed in the previous remake collection, particularly the multiplayer experience that offers cross-play for up to eight players.
Moreover, the game will be available to previous-gen platforms, including the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It will likewise be available for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S and X, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
The game will also feature a Career mode, the multiplayer cross-platform mode, enhanced creation tools, New Game+, and more in 4K resolution, according to its website. Additionally, it is also expected to add new skate parks and places of interest, alongside the original parks and roster of skaters to join the fray.
"THPS 3+4" also offers an update to the latest tricks in the skateboarding industry, with new tracks to enjoy as well.
