Voodoo Vince: Remastered is set to release for Xbox One and PC on April 18. To celebrate the announcement, developer Beep Games has released a new trailer, which can be watched below.
Voodoo Vince started life as an original Xbox-exclusive game back in 2003. Because of some custom code, Voodoo Vince never was Backward Compatible on the Xbox 360, and the character never got a sequel game. Fast-forward to today, and the creator of the game has found himself with a job at Microsoft. When looking for new games to bring to the Xbox One, a remastered Voodoo Vince was the perfect fit.
Voodoo Vince: Remastered will feature all the upgrades you’d expect from a modern day game. The game will now be in widescreen, running at 1080p and 60 fps. There are also improved textures, trophies, and even rumble feedback for the controllers. Back when the original Voodoo Vince shipped, the team had not gotten rumble working, so that was one thing that was sure to make it in the remastered version.
Voodoo Vince: Remastered will be $14.99, and available to download on Xbox Live, Steam and the Windows Store.
