Hot off the release of King’s Quest Chapter 4, The Odd Gentlemen have already announced the release date for Chapter 5, called The Good Knight. Even better, the chapter is coming sooner than you would have expected.
King’s Quest Chapter 5: The Good Knight will release on all platforms on Oct. 25. The final chapter shows King Graham’s last adventure with the evil wizard Mordack. Even though this will be another flashback, Graham is still an old man during the adventure.
"Watching King Graham grow up through each chapter has been surreal for our team, as we ourselves have grown as game developers and humans right beside him," said Matt Korba, the president and creative director of The Odd Gentlemen, in a press release. "It's a rare opportunity to be able to cover the lifetime of a character in one series of a video game, and as we approach the end, we are incredibly excited for players to experience the final pages of this vision of King Graham's journey.”
Additionally, The Odd Gentlemen have announced a retail version of King’s Quest, which will be available on Oct. 25. The physical disc will contain the first four chapters on it, with the additional content available to download once ready. The physical version will be available for PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
